the married captain becomes romantically involved tracy tzu (ariane), television reporter, comes under brutal attack criminals, white s long-suffering wife. makes him more determined destroy triads, , joey tai.


white hires up-and-coming chinese rookie cop, herbert, go undercover 1 of tai s restaurant workers. herbert manages inside information on drug shipment betrayed corrupt cop alan perez , loses life when tai informed perez herbert s cop. tai has raped tracy, killed wife , herbert, white wastes no time in confronting tai shipment comes in.


at harbor, tai , bodyguard on way shipment when white attempts arrest them. perez drives yelling abuse, white shoots , kills perez tai draws gun , shoots white in hand accidentally killing bodyguard. tai flees on train bridge. leads showdown white , tai run @ each other while shooting bullets recklessly. white shoots tai leaving him wounded. rather suffer, tai asks white s gun die in front of him.
