charlie started difonía few friends (ricardo mendez, sergio guerra , nachi benza) in year 2003 hardcore punk act heavy metal influences. band composed , recorded guitars of 3 albums: “camino difícil” (2004), “tarde o temprano” (2007) , “génesis” (2010). member of difonía, charlie took part of several festivals in independent rock circuit of perú , shared stage international bands “silverstein , alesana , tres de corazón .

in year 2009, charlie recruited part of band replacement of lead guitar jaqo sangalli. great honour charlie, since huge fan of band. m.a.s.a.c.r.e, in 2009, opened concerts of argentinian bands los violadores , rata blanca in lima, peru. charlie left m.a.s.a.c.r.e in 2012 join canadian band kobra , lotus. last concert @ first lima live rock, in front of more 20,000 attendees. however, rejoined m.a.s.a.c.r.e on october 2013 first international tour.

solo career

in year 2010 charlie starts solo career uploading first series of videos in youtube channel, including heavy metal version of peru s national anthem, first version of song in heavy metal style. version covered in tv, radio , local newspapers.

in january 2011 released first solo album procrastinación/procrastination , series of youtube videos led channel 1 of viewed of year. singles speed f*cks , punk vs metal have been covered several guitar players around world. in 2011, charlie wrote music uk gaming commentator totalbiscuit, call of duty figure sandy ravage , swiss game commentator diablox9.

after breakup of difonía, charlie continued on oliver , jeremy castillo , performed shows playing tracks album procrastination / procrastination .

charlie has continued solo career after joining kobra , lotus. latest album collaboration oliver , jeremy castillo , called organic . released on november 17, 2013. in january 2014, charlie traveled france record guitars french project lost rockers .

in 2012, charlie announced not playing difonía anymore focus on next solo release, instead joined canadian heavy metal band kobra , lotus in beginning of european tour steel panther, playing in finland, germany, switzerland , belgium. after that, toured united kingdom supporting buckcherry , sonata arctica in united states. in 2013, charlie joined kobra , lotus again, time supporting fear factory , amaranthe of year. after touring season, recorded guitars band s following album high priestess , released on 2014. album produced johnny k.

on 2014, weeks prior release of kobra , lotus third release , new tour supporting kiss, charlie unable join band due visa issues related pretour in europe , replaced jake dreyer kiss tour , subsequently left group citing management , visa issues in recent interview. group lists charlie special guest on album high priestess .
