the bridge funded tolls collected on pembroke dock side of bridge traffic travelling in both directions. present toll rates have been in place since 1993 , 35p motorcycles, 75p cars , £1.50 heavy vehicles; pedestrians , cyclists free of charge. car drivers may buy books of 20 or 50 bridge tickets reduces cost 60p per crossing. toll booths accept cash or pre-purchased tickets. toll booths barriers introduced in september 2004 reduce number of vehicles driving through without paying. review collection of tolls carried out in 2016, following which, pembrokeshire county councillors voted tolls charges remain unchanged , not abolished.
