in september 2007, 4 roses released limited edition barrel proof bottle celebrating master distiller jim rutledge s 40 years in industry. release limited 1,442 bottles, , unfiltered , uncut. each bottle hand numbered in gold paint , labeled detailing barrel number, warehouse number, , percent of alcohol volume barrel. because barrel strength release, alcohol content ranged between 98 , 110 proof.


following success of 40th anniversary bottle, 4 roses released limited edition bottle celebrating 120th anniversary of trademark of 4 roses name. release scheduled may 2008, , consisted of approximately 2,238 commemorative bottles. age of whiskey approximately 12 years, , uncut , unfiltered. alcohol content range between 103 , 116 proof.


during september 2008 kentucky bourbon festival, 4 roses announced release of 2008 4 roses mariage collection. barrels selected master distiller, limited-edition small batch bourbon marries 2 separate flavors (aged approximately 10 , 13 years respectively) of 4 roses in barrel proof release of 3,500 bottles. release scheduled first of series of small batch releases.
