naviband confirmed have submitted application belarus s national final eurovision song contest 2017, on 26 november 2016. on 30 november, confirmed 1 of thirteen finalists song historyja majho žyccia . during final, held on 20 january 2017, naviband went on win, placing first juries , fifth televoters. represented belarus in eurovision song contest 2017. historyja majho žyccia first ever belarusian eurovision entry sung in belarusian language, language had been heard @ junior eurovision song contest. belarus competed in second half of second semi-final @ eurovision song contest , came 17th in final.
