the number of prefects 120+ per year, 5% of school population. prefects chosen through interviews smkbtho(2) prefects board , approved acting advisor, rather meritocracy method.


the prefects organisation in smkbtho(2) governed smkbtho(2) prefects board consists of 10 16 members @ time. prefects council led head boy , head girl. major components in council (the primary members) head boy, head girl, assistant head prefects, honorary secretary, honorary treasurer , head of bureaus, consists bureaus of discipline enforcement, assembly management, internal affairs, protocols & events, statistics , prefects operation room care (was established in year 2010 during abdul rahman azman shah head prefect).


there junior head of bureaus (called secondary members), group of unofficial members of council consisting of junior prefects trained take on prefects administrations in future.


a few teachers (discipline teachers) has been given mandate carry rattan cane, , allowed cane students.
